The United Nations Association-Greater Chicago Chapter (UNA-Chicago) nominated One Earth Film Fest as an award recipient for the Global Goals Awards Ceremony to be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23, at International House on the University of Chicago Campus. One Earth Film Fest was nominated because of its leadership and efforts in support of 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which serve as guideposts to end all forms of poverty, fight inequalities, tackle climate change, and ensure that no one is left behind.
