Tree Identification Walk at Mills Park

Join us for a stroll through Mills Park and learn more about the trees that grow there. The tour will start at the south entrance to the park, about 75 feet north of Mills Tower. Local expert, Gordon Waldron, will identify species such as red maple, Norway maple, red oak, English oak, American elm, horse chestnut, larch, Kentucky coffee, catalpa, sycamore, yellow-wood, hackberry, and tulip tree.
